Terms and Conditions

Garvit Cabs is a locally operated travel service offering reliable taxi bookings throughout Rajasthan and to select out-of-state destinations. When a ride is confirmed with us, the customer/passenger has to agree to our terms and conditions stated below.

1. All vehicles are registered with the respective authorities. Our drivers carry all the important and relevant documents, licences and have the basic knowledge of the routes beforehand. They must follow all traffic rules while maintaining safety and comfort throughout the journey. Our drivers are quite professional.
2. Our services are available for fixed routes and pre-scheduled destinations, as displayed on our official website. If a traveller wants to visit a place that’s not included in the original itinerary, they have to inform us about the changes required beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings and distress. Then the locations must be approved ahead of time. Any such changes might involve an extra charge, depending on the distance or time involved.
3. Any expenses that fall outside of the cab fare like tolls, parking fees, or entry charges to monuments or sightseeing locations are to be paid directly by the passenger. Our services do not provide any compensation that is outside our purview. These costs are not included in the trip estimate and are handled separately by our passengers.
4. Garvit Cabs does not associate with any hotels, guest houses, eateries, or local shops. We do not promote any specific place to eat, stay, or shop, nor do we accept or are allowed to take any commissions from such businesses. All decisions related to food, accommodation, or purchases remain entirely with the customer.
5. We value our customers’ privacy. Any information collected by our staff during the booking process such as names, phone numbers, or addresses is used only for the coordination of the service. We do not share personal information with outside parties unless we are legally compelled to provide the necessary information.

While our drivers aim to be helpful, kind and compassionate, we recommend all guests stay cautious when visiting crowded tourist locations.
