When you book with us to arrange a ride for you, please make sure to give us accurate pick-up and drop-off locations, along with the correct time to avoid any unnecessary distress.
The fare depends on a variety of things like the distance travelled, the time taken to reach the distance, traffic, tolls and parking. We try our best to give you a close estimate when you book with us, but it may vary depending on various unseen factors. If you add stops or keep the cab waiting, that can change the final fare too. We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking), and you can also pay in cash to the driver at the end.
If you cancel the booking a few hours before the pickup or a few days before, you won’t be charged. But if you cancel too close to the pickup time, we might need to apply a small cancellation fee to cover their effort. If you paid in advance, and the cancellation qualifies for a refund, we’ll send it back to your account within 5–7 working days.
There might also be rare situations where we have to cancel from our end, due to a variety of reasons like the unavailability of a driver, bad weather, or a technical issue. We will inform you as soon as we can and refund the payment if needed.
We believe in mutual respect. We expect passengers to behave reasonably inside the vehicle. That means no arguing, no damage to the car, and no illegal items. Smoking or drinking alcohol inside the cab is strictly not allowed. If there’s a situation where the driver feels unsafe or disrespected, they can stop the trip and report the incident.
All our drivers are briefed on another trip. They’re expected to be professional and kind. If you face any problems with a driver, please let us know. We genuinely want to hear your feedback. Our drivers are given basic training and background checks to ensure our customers’ safety.
We try to be on time, but if there’s a delay due to some unforeseen circumstances, we ask for a little patience. If you forget something in the car, we’ll do our best to help you get it back, but we can’t promise it will always be found.
Please note that we’re also not responsible for losses caused by delays, nor for any inconvenience outside of our direct control.
To book your ride, we collect basic info like your name, phone number, pickup address, etc. We don’t share or sell your personal details to anyone else. It stays with us, and we use it only to manage your ride or inform you of updates. More on this is available in our Privacy Policy.
We might tweak these terms now and then. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of our services after that means you accept the new version.
